I finally redeemed the "Please Accept Our Apology" voucher that I got from United on one of my flights in November and it turned out to be worth 9000 frequent flier miles! I wasn't expecting nearly that much. And all that because the little personal video screen for my seat wouldn't let me watch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince! I complained and one of the flight attendants gave me the voucher. I need to complain more often!
