I know I'm going to regret it, but I didn't get up and go to spinning class this morning. I just couldn't get out of bed at 5 AM. Now I have to pray that my afternoon aerobics class isn't cancelled like it often is. I'm going to be really ticked off at myself if I don't get to work out because I was too lazy to wake up early.
